Simplified Installation for Banked Tankless Units.
The new Rinnai Tankless Rack System (TRS) offers commercial contractors a complete,
reliable solution for multi-unit tankless installation. Designed and tested by Rinnai, the
TRS can be ordered, built, and shipped fully-assembled to any location in the United
States and Canada, including the job site.
Installers save valuable installation time and avoid the costly, complicated process of
building racks on site. Plus, the Rinnai-engineered system delivers the peace of mind
of knowing every part of the tankless system is designed and built to work together
seamlessly.
Flexible Installation, Indoors or Out.
With a Rinnai TRS, installations can be wall-mounted or free-standing, to suit the
application. Indoor installations can be configured with either individual, concentric
venting or common venting. Exterior installations require no venting.
The fully assembled TRS is designed to fit through a standard 32-inch doorway, even
with water heaters attached, for ease of movement and installation on the job site.
Available Common Venting Reduces Roof, Wall Penetrations.
For even greater convenience and ease of installation, the TRS can be ordered with
Rinnai’s Common Venting System, which consists of the CVent exhaust venting and
PVC intake venting. Up to eight tankless units share the same CVent system, allowing
longer vent runs and requiring a maximum of two terminations as compared to
conventional venting.
Rinnai's Common Venting System supports vent runs of up to 100 feet for seven or
fewer units. Eight units on a single system can be connected with up to 41 feet in
vent length.
Engineered for Durability and Ease of Use.
The Rinnai TRS features design details that make installation straightforward.
Gas and water manifolds are properly sized, and electronic controls for multiple units
are included.
The racks are constructed of powder-coated aluminum, to stand up to the most
demanding commercial environments, while minimizing weight. And the entire
system has been designed by Rinnai to ensure maximum safety and reliability.
