Rio Carbon

Transfer Tracks using Windows Explorer

Folders and files can be transferred to the Rio Carbon using copy-and-paste and/or drag-and-drop techniques.

These methods are excellent ways to transfer files to and from computers when using the Rio Carbon as a portable

storage device.

Any type of file can be transferred using these methods but to assure full functionality, Playlists and copy protected

music using Digital Rights Management (DRM) should be transferred to the Rio Carbon using Rio Music Manager or

the applicable online music store manager.

Transferring tracks using Windows Explorer is slightly different depending on what Transfer Mode the Rio Carbon is

set to use.
