手机无法搜索到蓝牙设备
① 将手机存储的所有蓝牙配对资料清除掉，然后重新打开手机蓝牙并搜索设备；
② 将耳机重启；
③ 恢复出厂设置。
耳机只有单边有声音
① 两个耳机是否都有电；
② 两个耳机是否都开机；
③ 两个耳机是否配对成功；
④ 恢复出厂设置。
耳机在通话或者听歌有卡顿或者断连现象
① 蓝牙耳机的电量不足；
② 手机与蓝牙耳机的距离超过10米以上；
③ 手机与蓝牙耳机之间存在大面积的信号遮挡物体，例如墙体；
④ 左右耳配对不同步，建议关机后左右耳重新配对连接。
耳机的降噪效果不够理想
降噪功能在低频范围内很有效，例如飞机、火车或办公室内（空调等附近），而对较高频率效果不明显，例如人声。请选择
适合你耳洞尺寸的耳塞，以带来良好的降噪体验。
耳机放入充电盒不充电
① 充电盒是否有电；
② 耳机头充电口是否有吸入异物，造成充电孔堵塞。
恢复出厂设置
耳机关机状态下，长按左右耳功能键10S，至双灯同时快闪1次，左右耳恢复出厂设置。
将左右耳放入充电盒充电激活，再取出左右耳，耳机会自动开机，并自动组队完成，此时手机端搜索设备即可。
1、请使用标准的5V 1A直流充电器或直流供电源给蓝牙耳机充电；
2、三个月未使用请及时给蓝牙耳机充满电，以延长电池使用寿命；
3、首次使用蓝牙耳机请把电池电量用完再充满电，这样可以延长电池的使用寿命；
4、充电时请勿将蓝牙耳机放在易燃、易爆物品旁边；
5、请将蓝牙耳机远离水源和火源，并避免长时间曝露在阳光下以及温度过高的地方；
6、长时间不使用耳机，充电时红色充电指示灯有可能延迟数秒再亮起，这不影响正常使用；
7、耳机无任何设备连接情况下，10分钟将会自动关机，进入节能状态；
8、新使用耳机建议将音量调到80%左右连续播放3个小时，这样反复2～3次后喇叭音质效果更佳；
9、本产品为非专业防水等级，使用中请注意防水。

Usage Tips:
1. Please use the standard 5V DC charger or DC supply source to charge the Bluetooth headset;
2. Please recharge the earphone if you have not used it for over 3 months;
3. Please use and drain the earphone battery for the first time, which can enhance the battery life;
4. Please do not place the Bluetooth earphone next to flammable and explosive items when charging it;
5. Please keep the Bluetooth earhone away from water sources and fire sources, and avoid long exposure to the sun and places where the temperature is too high;
6. In the case that the earphone is used for a long time. When charging, the red charging indicator can be delayed for several seconds, which will not affect normal use;
7. When the earphone is not connected with any device, it will automatically shut down in 10 minutes andenter the energy saving mode;
8. Using the earphone, it is recommended that the volume is turned up to about 80% for three hours, so that thesound quality of the loudspeaker will be better after
2 ~ 3 times;
9.This product is a non-professional waterproof grade, please pay attention to waterproof in use.

：
The phone cannot find the Bluetooth device
① Clear all the Bluetooth pairing data stored in the mobile phone, then turn on the Bluetooth of the mobile phone again and search for the device;
② Restart the earphone;
③ Restore factory settings.
Earphone only have sound on one side
① Determine whether both earphones have power;
② Determine whether both earphones are turned on;
③ Determine whether the two earphones are successfully paired;
④ Restore factory settings.
The earphone is stuck or disconnected while talking or listening to music
① The power of the Bluetooth earphone is insufficient;
② The distance between the mobile phone and the Bluetooth earphone is more than 10 meters;
③ There is a large area of signal blocking objects between the mobile phone and the Bluetooth earphone, such as a wall;
④ The pairing of the left and right ears is not synchronized. It is recommended that the left and right ears be paired and connected again after shutdown.
The noise reduction effect of the Earphone is not ideal
The noise reduction function is very effective in the low frequency range, such as in an airplane, train, or office (near the air conditioner, etc.), but has no obvious
effect on higher frequencies, such as human voice. please choose An earplug suitable for the size of your ear hole to bring a good noise reduction experience.
Put the earphone into the charging box and not charge
① Whether the charging box has electricity;
② Are there any foreign objects sucked into the charging port of the earphone head, causing the charging hole to be blocked?
Restore factory settings.
When the earphone is off, press and hold the left and right ear function keys for 10S, and the dual lights flash once at the same time, and the left and right ear restore
to the factory settings.
Put the left and right ears into the charging box to charge and activate, and then take out the left and right ears, the earphone will automatically turn on, and automatically
complete the team, then the mobile phone can search for the device.
