ELECTRIC POWER If the electrical circuit is overloaded with other appliances, your appliance may not operate properly. It should be operated on a separate electrical circuit from other appliances. GETTING TO KNOW YOUR 4-SLICE TOASTER Product may vary slightly from illustrations.
TOASTING INSTRUCTIONS 1. Make sure both crumb trays are locked in position on the bottom of the Toaster and the toasting levers are both in the UP position. 2. Make sure no bread or other objects are inside the toasting slots. Place Toaster on a flat, level, heat resistant surface. 3. Plug the power cord into a 120 V AC electrical outlet. 4. Position the browning selector knob(s) to desired setting. The 4 slots offer you 2 independent toasting browning controls.
CONVENIENCE FOOD TOASTING Many varieties of packaged convenience food available today, both frozen and non-frozen (shelf pastry). Since toaster foods and individual tastes vary, it is difficult to recommend exact browning selector knob settings. However, after a little experimentation you will discover the best setting for your needs. You may also wish to refer to the heating instructions on convenience food packaging. PASTRY For best results, follow the instructions printed on the pastry package.
CARE & CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS CAUTION: Do not immerse Toaster, cord, or plug in water or any other liquid. CAUTION: Be sure the Toaster is unplugged before cleaning. CRUMB TRAYS: The 2 hinged crumb trays are located on the bottom of the Toaster. (See Figure 2.) Working over a sink or garbage receptacle, pull each of the latches to unlock and release the trays outwards. Wipe the crumb trays with a clean, damp cloth. Push crumb trays back into position.
ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY This product carries a warranty that it will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable. Keep your original sales receipt.

NOTAS SOBRE EL ENCHUFE Este aparato tiene un enchufe polarizado (una pata es más ancha que la otra). CANCELAR EL TOSTADO 1. 2. 3. El tostado comienza cuando se baja cualquiera de las palancas de tostado. Para cancelar o detener un ciclo de tostado, coloque las perillas correspondientes del selector de tostado en la posición STOP (Detener). El pan subirá automáticamente y la tostadora se apagará. Desenchufe el cable del tomacorriente de pared cuando no utilice el producto.
• • • Los productos de pan duro, pan fino o pan dulce, tales como los pasteles con frutas secas y los panes de frutas, se tuestan más rápido que el pan común; por lo tanto, se deben tostar en las configuraciones más claras.
