ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Carefully lay out all parts in a line on a flat surface.
2. Please unscrew the base cap to install the night light bulb (not included) inside the night light shade,
and then screw the base cap back to the night light shade after night light bulb installation.
3. Screw the threaded pipe to the top of lamp holder base.
4. Attach the shade onto the threaded pipe and secure with finial (DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN).
5. Install bulb(s) (not included).
CAUTION - Refer to the wattage caution label located near the lamp holder for the maximum
wattage-do not exceed the wattage.
WARNING - Do not attempt to replace the bulb while the lamp is plugged into a wall receptacle.
6. Insert the polarized plug to wall outlet and use the switch to turn on or off the lamp
Note: 1.This stained glass product has been protected with mineral oil as part of the finishing process.
Please use a soft dry cloth to remove any excess oil.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a safety feature to reduce
the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in
the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an
extension cord unless plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.
