ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Carefully lay out all parts in a line on a smooth surface.
2. Install bulb(s) (not included)
CAUTION - Refer to the wattage caution label located near the lamp holder for the maximum wattage-do
not exceed the listed wattage.
3. Gently insert the lily shades into the lamp holders separately.
WARNING - Do not attempt to replace the bulb while the lamp is plugged into a wall receptacle.
5. Insert plug into wall receptacle.
Note: 1. The above diagram illustrates the installation of your new luminaire. This is a representative
drawing and is not intended to match the style of your luminaire.
2. This is a large item, for your safety and the item integrity the assembly requires two persons. Carefully
remove all items parts with help.
3. The pedals on the lamp holder might require finessing to ensure the shade fits securely.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a safety feature to reduce
the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in
the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension
cord unless the plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.
