Assembly Instructions

1. Carefully layout all parts in a line on a smooth

surface, and use the following steps to assemble

the lamp.

2. Install an E12, Type B, 15 watt bulb (not included)

or E12, LED, 1 watt bulb (not included)

Note: For bulb replacement, remove shade and

replace the bulb.

3. Install shade (C) into base (A)

4. Plug into the wall outlet for use.

5. Use the in-line switch (B) to turn the item ON and

OFF

Note: The pedals on the lamp holder may need to be finessed to ensure the shade fits securely.

Important Safety Instruction

This portable lamp has a polarized plug (One blade is wider than

the other) as a safety feature to reduce the risk of the electric shock.

This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does

not fit in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, consult a

qualified electrician. Never use an extension cord unless the plug

can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.

Assembly Instructions 1. Make sure that your lamp is not plugged into the electrical outlet. 2. Squeeze the two spring clips "C" and insert them into the glass shade "D". 3. Insert the light bulb “A” into the socket “B”. CAUTION - Refer to the wattage caution label located near the lamp holder for recommended maximum wattage-do not exceed recommended wattage. WARNING - Do not attempt to replace the bulb while the lamp is plugged into a wall receptacle. 4.
