ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place all parts on a flat smooth surface and start the Lamp assembly.
2. Connect tube(B) to the canopy(C),install lamp shade(A) to tube(B).
3. Attach the mounting bracket(F)to the outlet box by using two mounting screws(G).
4. Pull out the outlet wires and housing grounding wire from the
outlet box. Make wire connections using the wire nuts (E):
-WHITE wire with WHITE-NEUTRAL
-BLACK wire with BLACK-LIVE
-Attached the fixture grounding wire to mounting bracket with
green grounding screw(D). Carefully tuck the wires back into
the outlet box.
5.Secure the canopy (C) to the metal mounting bracket (F) with
screws provided (H).
CAUTION - Refer to the wattage caution
label located near the lamp holder for
maximum wattage - do not exceed the
maximum wattage
6.Lamp installation
CAUTION - Before starting the installation,
disconnect the power by turning off the circuit breaker or by removing the fuse at the fuse box.
Turning the power off using the light switch is not
sufficient to prevent electrical shock
7.Install the bulbs I(not included).
CARE INSTRUCTIONS - Use only a soft cloth;
do not use any chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
