STEP 1 1. 2. 3. Attach drawer left side panel (9) to drawer back board (11) by inserting 2 screws (L) through holes on drawer left side panel (9), then tighten into drawer back board (11). Attach drawer right side panel (10) to drawer back board (11) by inserting 2 screws (L) through holes on drawer right side panel (10), then tighten into drawer back board (11). Slide drawer bottom board (12) into grooves on drawer left side panel (9) and right side panel (10) and drawer back board (11). STEP 2 1.
STEP 3 1. 2. Attach drawer slides (U) to drawer right side panel (10) by inserting 2 wood screws (S) through holes on drawer slides (U), then tighten into drawer right side panel (10). Attach drawer slides (U) to drawer left side panel (9) by inserting 2 screws (S) through holes on drawer slides (U), then tighten into drawer left side panel (9). STEP 4 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Insert 2 wood dowels (A) into dowel holes on left support board (14).
STEP 5 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. Attach left support board (14) to left side panel (2) by inserting cam bolts into cam lock holes and inserting wood dowels into dowel holes on the left side panel (2). Insert 3 cam locks (C) into cam lock holes on left side panel (2), then rotate clockwise to secure cam bolts in place. Attach drawer slides (T) to left side panel (2) by inserting 2 screws (S) through holes on drawer slides (T), then tighten to left side panel (2).
STEP 6 1. Screw 6 cam bolts (B) into cam bolt holes on left side panel (2) and right side panel (1). 2. Insert 6 wood dowels (A) into dowel holes on left side panel (2) and right side panel (1). 3. Attach cross bar (3) to left side panel (2) by inserting wood dowel (A) and cam bolt (B) into holes on cross bar (3) and insert 1 cam lock (C) into cam lock hole on cross bar (3) and rotate clockwise to secure cam bolt (B) in place. 4.
STEP 7 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. Insert 1 screw (R) through adjustable anchor bracket (P) into hole on top board (5). Screw 4 cam bolts (B) into cam bolt holes on top board (5). Insert 4 wood dowels (A) into dowel holes on top of left side panel (2) and right side panel (1). Attach top board (5) to left side panel (2) and right side panel (1) by inserting 4 wood dowels (A) into dowel holes on top board (5), then insert 4 cam bolts (B) into holes on left side panel (2) and right side panel (1).
STEP 9 Option #1: Securing to Drywall 1. Position cabinet against wall in desired location. Using a pencil, make small mark on wall through hole on bracket (P). Move cabinet away from wall and screw 1 plastic anchor (N) into wall on pencil mark. 2. Place cabinet against wall, insert 1 screw (O) through hole on metal bracket (P), then tighten to plastic anchor (N). Option #2: Securing to Drywall and Wood Stud 1. Position cabinet against wall in desired location.
STEP 11 1. 2. Insert 4 shelf holders (I) into holes on left side panel (2) and right side panel (1) at desired shelf height. Place shelf (13) onto shelf holders (I). ATTENTION ADULTS: Cabinet should be checked periodically for damage or loose screws/parts. Take appropriate action necessary to correct hazards such as tightening of screws and taking any damaged parts away from children. WARNING Please make sure your item is secured to the wall, per assembly instructions.
