Please follow below mentioned guidelines for better
experience:
• Clean your smartwatch regularly, especially the inner
side to avoid damage caused by sweat and keep the
charging pins dry.
• Adjust the smartwatch tightness to ensure air
circulation.
• Avoid usage of excessive skin care product on the
smartwatch usage area as it may damage the watch
surface.
• Please stop wearing smartwatch in case of any skin
allergy or discomfort.
Long press side button for 3 seconds to power on your
smartwatch or initially the power may be low, please put
it on the charging dock provided in the box and
connect with your charger/laptop/powerbank.

2. Reset
Tap on "Reset" and on the next
screen select "Confirm" button to
restore factory settings. (Refer Figure 29)
Tap and hold on the Main interface
of your smartwatch to check MAC
address. (Refer Figure 3)
Time and Date will get displayed on the Main interface,
Time will automatically get synchronized with your
smartwatch once it is successfully paired with your
smartphone.
Swipe on the main interface from down to up to switch
between menu interfaces. (Refer Figure 14)
At the bottom of this interface it will
display the Bluetooth icon if your
smartwatch is connected with your
device along with battery symbol.
3. Verify your MAC address
1. Open RS Motive application and set up user profile.
(Refer Figure 4)
2. Click on "Add Device" on the next interface.
(Refer Figure 5)
3. Select your device MAC address from the list of
available devices. (Refer Figure 6)
The IOS system will display a Bluetooth pairing request,
click on "Pair" tab to confirm. (Refer Figure 7)
Another approval will be needed to finalize the pairing.

With the Android system, it will connect it directly.

FUNCTION & OPERATION
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
WEARING POSITION
In order to get accuracy on heart rate data it is advised
to wear it 2cm inside from your ulna joint. (Refer Figure 19)
Ensure you have worn smartwatch correctly. If it will be
loose, the sensor light will get exposed and will cause
inaccuracy in data.
Avoid sensor green light contact with your eyes.
Although product is designed to measure heart rate
dynamically, it is advised to sit still while measuring heart
rate to get better results, else it will take time to measure
heart rate and may cause inaccuracy in data.
It is advised to check heart rate data consequently for 5
times and average value of this reading will be
considered.
Product is designed to dynamically measure heart rate
at real time, heart rate may vary on different conditions,
i.e speaking, dining, drinking, walking and so on.
Please make sure heart rate sensor is clean from the
bottom and there should not be any dirt particles. Skin
color, hair density, tattoo and scar may affect accuracy
of measured results, in such cases it is advised to test the
heart rate data several times.
8. Blood oxygen
Under blood oxygen test
interface, smartwatch will
automatically start measuring
your blood oxygen. Once test
finishes up smartwatch will notify
you with vibration alert and will
display test results.

Note : Data measured for blood pressure and blood
oxygen are for reference only and cannot be counted
as medical diagnose.
2. Steps interface
Under steps interface you can
check steps taken, distance
covered & calories burned.

5. Heart rate monitoring
Enter heart rate interface to
measure your heart rate, you can
also check your heart rate via
app. Heart Rate data will
get displayed with small vibration
alert once heart rate test finishes
up. (Refer Figure 18)
6. Sports
8 different sports modes are available under this tab
including Walk, Running, Cycling, Climbing, Soccer,
Basketball, Skipping & Badminton. (Refer Figure 20)
7. Blood pressure
Under blood pressure test
interface, the smartwatch will
automatically start measuring
your blood pressure. Once test
finishes up, the smartwatch will
notify you with vibration alert and
will display test results.
(Refer Figure 21)
While measuring blood pressure, it is advised that the
user should rest at least for 5 minutes. Avoid tension,
anxiety and emotional excitement before testing.
Repeat blood pressure monitoring 3 times back to back
with an interval of 2 minutes. Consider the average of
those three readings.

5. Removal of device
1. Main interface
For Android smartphones, device can
be disconnected simply by clicking on
"Remove Device". (Refer Figure 10)
For iOS smartphones, click on "Remote
Device" from the app. Then unpair it by
clicking on the symbol on the right,
under Bluetooth settings and "Forget
This Device" (Refer Figure 11, 12, 13).
Scan the below QR code from
your smartphone and download
the “RS Motive” application or
search for the "RS Motive"
application on respective
Android/iOS store.

Please clean the smartwatch with clean wet wiper
regularly.
The smartwatch is water-resistant for daily use. Please
avoid wearing it for swimming, showering, having a
sauna or steam.
Do not attempt to disassemble your product.
Do not expose the device to extremely high or low
temperature. The operating temperature is from 14°F to
122°F (-10°C to 50°C).
SAFETY NOTICE
Please consult your doctor before starting any new
fitness activity. The smartwatch should not be used for
any medical purpose though it may dynamically
monitor heart rate at real time.

1. Please check your smartphone "Settings” >
“Bluetooth” > “My devices“ to confirm whether the
Bluetooth function has been connected to the
smartwatch. If the Bluetooth is connected, click on the
icon , located next to "Connected", this in order to
forget this device, and to cancel system Bluetooth
pairing immediately.
Open your "RS Motive" app, and search for the
smartwatch again. Once found, connect the
smartwatch and click on "Pair" from the pop-up pairing
prompt dialog box.
2. Make sure that “SMS” and “Incoming call” reminder
alert are turned on in the "RS Motive" app.
Why there is no incoming call / message reminder for
android system?
1. Please make sure that the application work in the
background, as sometimes Android system hamper
app working, that’s why Bluetooth connection icon is
missing from your smartwatch screen. Please also
check if the notification alert is turned ON under your
application settings.
Why the device can’t be detected while pairing with
phone Bluetooth?
1. Please make sure, mobile Bluetooth is activated
meanwhile check your mobile and watch should be in
BT range.
2. While pairing, please make sure distance between
mobile phone and watch should not be more than
50cm.
Why Bluetooth can’t be connected occasionally?
Bluetooth function of some cell phones become
abnormal occasionally upon activation. Bluetooth can
be start working properly after restarting cell phone or
Bluetooth.
For iOS system, why the smartwatch’s data can’t be
synchronized to the “RS Motive” app or there is no
incoming calls and messages reminder from the
smartwatch after resetting or upgrading the device
firmware?
2. In case of no message reminder, please reconnect
the smartwatch after resetting and turn on the "RS
Motive" app again.
Shall the Bluetooth be connected all the time? Will
data in the device be saved when the Bluetooth is
disconnected?
Before synchronizing data, the activity and sleep data
will be saved in the smartwatch. When the smartwatch
is connected to the "RS Motive" app, the data will be
uploaded to the app history automatically.
Note: The Bluetooth connection is mandatory for
receiving incoming calls and messages alert.

connected with your smartphone,
you will be able to manage music
player controls i.e
play/pause/previous/next from

get stored in your smartwatch
memory.
2. To receive message notification
on your smartwatch, enable notification function on
Motive application.
You can check Sleep data on
this interface. (Refer Figure 17)
Sleep data will reflect if you are
using your watch while sleeping.
