INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Tempered Glass Vessel Sink

All products created under RIVUSS brand name are tested by an intricate

system of quality control protocols. RIVUSS brings to its customers products that

are luxurious and engineered to last forever.

Rivuss Glass Vessel Sinks carry a *Limited lifetime warranty from the original

date of purchase.

If a product fails as a result of a defect in manufacturing during the warranty

period, Rivuss will repair or replace the product at its sole discretion. Proof of

purchase (Original invoice / Sales receipt) must be provided to Rivuss for all

warranty claims. The Warranty applies only to sinks installed in the United States

of America & Canada. Rivuss extends its warranty to the first consumer

purchaser.

This warranty does not apply unless RIVUSS product is installed by fully insured

licensed professional plumber or contractor. RIVUSS strongly recommends

that such licensed professionals have experience in the installation of

bathroom and kitchen products. Installation of certain products, including

without limitation, glass products (i.e. Glass Sinks or Faucets) by an

inexperienced person may result in glass breakage and consequently, cause

personal injury.

Rivuss makes no representation that its products comply with any or all local

building or plumbing codes. It is consumer's responsibility for determining local

code compliance.

Limitations: *Limited lifetime warranty shall not apply to instances of incorrect

operating procedures, breakages chipped, cracked, scratches, shattered or

damages caused by fault through improper installation, carelessness, abuse,

misuse, misapplication, improper maintenance and alteration of the product.

The owner/end-user of the product covered by the present warranty is entirely

responsible for its proper installation and use.

RIVUSS IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR ACCIDENTAL

DAMAGES, LABOR CHARGES, TRAVEL TIME, FREIGHT COSTS INCURRED OR

CONTINGENT LIABILITIES.

Care & Maintenance

Rivuss Glass Vessel Sinks are hand crafted from the finest quality

tempered glass which is durable and corrosion resistant. However,

by following certain measures for care and maintenance you can

keep its shine and luster for a lifetime.

Rivuss recommends using a non abrasive sponge along with

soapy warm water and a dampened soft cloth to maintain

luster and shine of the glass sink. We do not recommend using any

household cleaners to clean the product. Please do not apply any

force or scrub the glass while cleaning your glass sink.
