6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES
Spills: Wear appropriate protective gear as described in Section 8 of this document. Dike spill using
absorbent or impervious materials such as earth, sand or clay. Collect and contain contaminated absorbent
and dike material for disposal. Pump any free liquid into an appropriate closed container. Collect washings
for disposal. Decontaminate tools and equipment following cleanup. Large spills may be reportable to the
National Response Center (800-424-8802) and to state and/or local agencies.
Environmental Precautions: Prevent material from entering public sewer systems or any waterways. Do
not flush to drain. Larges spills to soil or similar surfaces may necessitate removal of topsoil. The affected
area should be removed and placed in an appropriate container for disposal.
7. HANDLING AND STORAGE
Keep out of reach of children.
Handling: Causes irreversible eye damage. Harmful is swallowed. Do not get in eyes or on clothing. Users
should wash hands before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco or using the toilet. Remove clothing
immediately if pesticide gets inside. Then wash thoroughly and put on clean clothing. Remove Personal
Protective Equipment (PPE) immediately after handling this product. Wash outside of gloves before
removing. As soon as possible, wash thoroughly and change into clean clothing.
Storage: Store product in original container in a safe place and protect from freezing. Do not contaminate
water, food, or feed by storage or disposal.
8. EXPOSURE CONTROLS / PERSONAL PROTECTION
Engineering Controls: Where engineering controls are indicated by specific use conditions or a potential
for excessive exposure, use local exhaust ventilation at the point of generation.
Personal Protective Equipment: Wear long-sleeved shirt, long pants, shoes plus socks, and protective
eyewear (goggles, face shield, or safety glasses). If mixing or loading or using handheld equipment,
chemical-resistant gloves should also be worn.
General: Follow manufacturer’s instructions for cleaning/maintaining PPE. If no such instructions for
washables exist, use detergent and hot water. Keep and wash PPE separately from other laundry. Discard
clothing and other absorbent materials that have been drenched or heavily contaminated with this product’s
concentrate. Do not reuse them.

10. STABILITY AND REACTIVITY
CONDITIONS TO AVOID: Excessive heat. Do not store neat heat or flame.
CHEMICAL STABILITY: This product is stable under normal handling and storage conditions.
INCOMPATIBILITY WITH OTHER MATERIALS: Strong oxidizing agents: bases and acids.
HAZARDOUS DECOMPOSITION PRODUCTS: Heat and fire may result in thermal decomposition and
the release of hydrogen chloride and oxides of carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus.
HAZARDOUS POLYMERIZATION: Will not occur.
