STORAGE:Inspectyourpackagecarefullyto ensurecontentswerenot damaged duringshipment.StoreRMR-86 in a
cool,dark,non‐carpetedareaawayfromfurnitureincaseofpossiblecontainerdegradation.Ifthecontainershowsany
signsofleakage,transfersolutiontoacleanplasticcontainerthatcanbeseal
edproperly.Storeoutofreachofchildren
andanimals.
PERSONALPROTECTIVEEQUIPMENT(PPE):WearingfullPPEisrequiredwhenhandlingandapplyingRMR‐86.
The minimum suit requirements are a hooded Tyvek or a chemical Poly Coated suit that is coated with a polyethylene film 
toprotectagainstsplash/spray.(Shieldtech55 Chemical Protection and Sheildtech 35 Liquid/Particulate Protection
coveralls)Other required materials include: latex gloves, and full face
respirator with 3M 60923 P100 organic
vapor/acid gas cartridge filter(or equivalent).Available at www.rmrmoldproducts.com. 

 FORADDED SAFETY: Some areas, especially confined spaceslike attics andcrawlspaces, requireadded ventilation.
Westronglyrecommendusingafanwithlay‐flatductingtoaddfreshmakeupairto the workplace during application.
 Forbestresults,useonsurfaceswithaminimumtemperatureof50°F(1
0°C).
 ShaketheRMR‐86containerwellbeforeapplication.

Bestappliedusingthe RMRSolution’scommercialgradeelectric power sprayer or 1.5 gallon pump sprayer
availableforpurchaseat www.rmrmoldproducts.com, or use a sprayer that is rated for corrosive
solutions, such as a plastic, garden-style pump sprayers. Avoid using sprayers with metal parts, as they
may corrode with use.
 Sprayaffectedareaquickly,usingwidesweepingmotions,tocoverentirearea.
 WaitforafewmomentsandwatchwhileRMR‐86eliminatesthemold stains.
 If,afterafewmoments,evidenceofthe stainstillremains,ase
condapplicationofRMR‐86maybeneeded.

Oncethestainhas been removed to your satisfaction, we recommend using RMR Botanical to treat all
surfaces after
RMR-86 has been applied. It’s an excellent odor neutralizer & masking agent to remove any leftover odor from RMR-86.

 RMR‐86coversbetween200‐300squarefeetpergallon.Thiscanvarybasedontheseverityoftheaffectedarea,as
wellashowliberallytheproductisapplied.
 RMR‐86worksbestwhenappliedtodrysur
facesattemperaturesaroundroomtemperature.Frozensurfacesmay
belessreceptivetotheproduct.RMR‐86maynotbeabletopenetratetheparticularbuildingmaterialaffectedif
excessmoisturecontentexists.
 RMR‐86canbecorrosiveifappliedtothefollowingmaterials:ductwork,copper,metal,mechani
cals,nailplates,
steel,aluminum,oranymaterialspronetocorrosion.IfRMR‐86isaccidentlyappliedtothesematerials,quicklywash
areawithsoapandwaterandwipedownwithWD‐40.
 DonotapplyRMR‐86tofabrics.

Always pre-test surfaces before using our products.
Always rinse off surface, when only using RMR-86 by itself.
