Using Message Services 143

The message is copied to the message editor. You

will see the ﬁnal portion of the message displayed

in the editing area. The cursor is placed at the end

of the message.

For instructions on how to edit a message, see

“Message Editor” on page 136.

Cellular Mode

This feature is not available in cellular mode.

Delete a Stored Message

Use this feature to make room for new messages on

your SIM card.

Note: This feature must be activated by your

service provider. Contact your service provider for

additional information.

Satellite Mode

To delete a stored message in satellite mode:

1. Follow the steps in “Go to the Next

Message” on page 141 until you see the

message you want to delete, and then

press

2. Press

M until you see Delete Message, and

then press

O. You will see Message Deleted.

3. Press and hold

C to exit the menu.

Cellular Mode

This feature is not available in cellular mode.
