Sollten Sie andere Servos, einen anderen Motor und Regler oder Luftschraube verwenden, vergewissern Sie sich bitte vorher das diese passen. Im Falle von Abweichungen müssen Korrekturen und Anpassungen von Ihnen selbst durchgeführt werden. Bringen Sie vor Baubeginn immer die Servos in Neutralstellung.

Bau- und Betriebsanleitung VORWORT T E C H N I S C H E D AT E N Wir beglückwünschen Sie zum Erwerb des RAT. Es handelt sich um einen Pylon-Speedmodell, welches wir für erfahrene und ambitionierte Modellflieger entwickelt haben. Die Bauausführung eines solchen Modells und damit verbundene Detaillösungen unterliegen einer gewissen Geschmacksabhängigkeit. Daher sind die Lösungen dieser Bauanleitung als Vorschlag zu verstehen. Die PNP Version (Plug and Play) ist bereits sehr weit vorgefertigt.
Bau- und Betriebsanleitung RUMPF ARF 01 Markieren Sie auf dem Höhenruder die Mitte der Ruderfläche. Vesetzen Sie die Markierung anschließend 1,5mm nach Rechts (bezogen auf Unterseite HR, in Flugrichtung betrachtet). Dies ist erforderlich, damit das Steuergestänge später nicht am Rumpf anläuft. Fräsen Sie einen Schlitz, passend zum beiliegenden GFK-Ruderhorn, gemäß der versetzten Markierung in das Ruder. Der Drehpunkt im Ruderhorn muss später 12mm von der Scharnierkante entfernt liegen.
Bau- und Betriebsanleitung RUMPF ARF 09 ARF Hängen Sie das Gestänge im Höhenruder ein. Verschrauben Sie das Höhenruder mit den beiden Senkkopfschrauben M3x12. Fixieren Sie die Ruderfläche beidseitig mit einem Streifen Klebeband, sodass sich diese exakt in Neutralstellung befindet.
Bau- und Betriebsanleitung TRAGFLÄCHE ARF 14 ARF Die folgenden Beschreibungen beziehen sich auf beide Querruder, werden bildlich jedoch nur auf einer Seite gezeigt. Verschrauben Sie das Messing-Rudernhorn mit Loctite in den Querrudern. Fräsen Sie eine kleine Kerbe in die Tragfläche, sodass das Ruderhorn beim Ruderausschlag nach Unten nicht anläuft. 15 ARF ARF Schleifen Sie ebenfalls den Schachtboden in der Tragfläche mit grobem Schleifpapier gut an.

So können die Abdeckungen später wieder leicht demontiert werden. 21 22 ARF PNP Verschrauben Sie Rumpf und Tragfläche mit der beiliegenden M4 Schraube. ARF ARF 23 PNP Im letzten Schritt markieren Sie den Schwerpunkt des Modells auf der Unterseite der Tragfläche und verschieben den Flugakku, bis der Schwerpunkt unseren Vorgaben entspricht.

Therefore, the solutions of this manual are to be understood as a suggestion. The PNP version (Plug and Play) is already very much prefabricated.
Instructions and User Manual FUSELAGE ARF 01 On the elevator, mark the center of the rudder surface. Then set the mark 1.5mm to the right (referring to the underside of the elevator, viewed in the direction of flight). This is necessary so that the control linkage does not touch the fuselage. Milling a slot, matching the enclosed fiberglass rudder horn, according to the staggered mark in the rudder. The pivot point in the rudder horn must later be 12mm from the hinge edge.

Screw the elevator with the two countersunk screws M3x12. 09 Secure the rudder surface with a strip of adhesive tape on both sides so that it is exactly in neutral position. 10 Push the servo in the housing as far back as possible. Then apply 5-min epoxy on the surface just below the servo opening. Now push the servo over the glue as far forward as possible so that the servo horn does not touch the front side fin spar.
