FLIGHT INSTRUCTIONS
• Before the rst ight, observe the instructions in the „Safety Instructions“ section.
• To y in the model, you should choose a day with as little wind as possible
• A large, at meadow without obstacles (trees, fences power lines etc.) is suitable for the rst ights.
• Carry out another functional test of the drive and remote control.
• After assembling the model on the aireld, check once again that all model components such as wing,
tail units, wing mounts, engine, linkage, etc. are rmly seated.
• For the hand start a helper should be present, who can transport the model with not too little thrust
into the air.
• The start usually takes place against the wind
• Do not stall the model near the ground
• Do not initiate tight bends in the immediate vicinity of the ground.
• Check the reactions of the model to the rudder deections. If necessary, the rashes after landingto
increase or decrease the size accordingly.
• The minimum ight speed must be at an adequate safety altitude.
• Initiate the landing with sucient speed
PREFACE
Congratulations on your purchase of the new RAT.
The RAT is a high-quality FRP pylon speed model, which we have developed for experienced and ambitious
model aircraft pilots. The construction of such a model and related detailed solutions are subject to a certain
taste dependency. Therefore, the solutions of this manual are to be understood as a suggestion. The PNP
version (Plug and Play) is already very much prefabricated. The ARF version (Almost Ready to Fly) requires
model-building experience and basic technical skills in construction.
In any case, there are dierent ways and approaches to get a very good ying model. Some alternatives are
therefore discussed during the construction description, but not shown in the picture.
PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTION VERY CAREFULLY COMPLETE BEFORE STARTING!
