Bedienungsanleitung Power Peak® Twin EQ-BID 2. Allgemeine beschreibung Die beiden Ladezweige arbeiten völlig getrennt voneinander und sind individuell einstellbar. Für den Ladevorgang wird die Displayanzeige gesplittet, somit werden die wichtigsten Daten beider Ausgänge gleichzeitig angezeigt. Der Ausgang in dem momentan keine Einstellungen stattfinden, ist dunkel hinterlegt (Ausgang 2, siehe nebenstehende Displays. Aktiv Ausgang 2 ! 5.1 Anschluss Wichtig!!! Zur Auswahl der gewünschten Sprache, muß vor dem Anlegen der Eingangsspannung die „ENTER“- Taste gedrückt und gehalten werden. Danach erscheint die nebenstehende Displayanzeige zur Auswahl der Menü sprache. Durch drücken der „DEC“- oder „INC“- Taste, kann der Cursor verschoben und die gewünschte Sprache markiert werden.

Die entsprechenden Einstellungen werden auf dem zuvor gewählten Speicherplatz abgelegt (siehe Kap. 5.5). ESC Mode Im zweiten Hauptmenü „ANWENDERDAT.“ werden grundsätzliche Eigenschaften eingestellt (siehe Kap. 5.6). Durch Auswahl der Funktion „START & EDITIEREN“, können auf dem Chip gespeicherte Parameter geändert und ein Lade- Entlade- Prozess gestartet werden (siehe Kap. 9). 5.5 Speicherdat.

Bedienungsanleitung Power Peak® Twin EQ-BID 5.6 Anwenderdaten vorgeben Mit der „MODE“- / “ESC”- Taste wird in das Hauptmenü zur Einstellung der Anwenderdaten gewechselt. Aktiviert man in diesem Hauptmenü die Zeile „TEMP. EINHEIT“ kann man die gewünschte Temperatureinheit einstellen. Dabei besteht die Möglichkeit zwischen °C und °F zu wählen. In der zweiten Zeile „TASTEN BEEP“ kann vorgegeben werden, ob jede Betätigung einer Taste durch ein Signal angezeigt werden soll.

Es muss lediglich, bei Verwendung des Temperatursensors die Abschalttemperatur eingestellt werden. NORMAL In diesem Modus arbeitet der Lader mit den vom Benutzer eingestellten Lade- bzw. Verwenden Sie dafür geeignete Ladekabel, z.B. aus dem umfangreichen robbe Sortiment. Der eigentliche Start eines Vorganges erfolgt durch Betätigung der “ENTER“- Taste für min. 2 s.

Die nebenstehende Abbildung zeigt den oberen Teil der Displaydarstellung während eines Zyklus beim Laden eines Akkus. Außer sämtlichen aktuellen Vorgangsparametern wird neben dem Modus auch die jeweils aktuelle Phase, die Zyklusreihenfolge und die Zyklusnummer dargestellt.

Außerdem ertönt die eingestellte Melodie. Im Display werden alle wichtigen Daten des abgelaufenen Vorgangs als Text und in grafischer Form angezeigt. Durch eine Betätigung der „ESC“- Taste für min. 2 s werden die Meldungen zurückgesetzt und wieder das Hauptmenü angezeigt. 8.1 Textanzeigen Das Display zeigt die aktuellen Werte an.

Programmierung eines BID-Chips Sobald vom Startdisplay oder von irgendeinem anderen Menü der Einstellebene aus ein BID-Chip/Key über das Adapterkabel mit dem Ladegerät verbunden wird, wechselt das Ladegerät in den BID-Modus zur Anzeige bzw. Programmierung des BID-Chips/Keys. Wenn der Signalgeber aktiviert ist, ertönt dabei ein kurzer Hinweiston. Das gilt auch, wenn das Ladegerät mit angeschlossenem Chip/Key in Betrieb genommen wird.

Der veränderbare Parameter wird durch den Cursor hinterlegt und kann mit den „DEC“- oder „INC“- Tasten eingestellt werden. Der Ablauf der Programmierung eines BID-Chip/Keys entspricht in etwa der eines Speicherplatzes (siehe Kap. 5.5) für einen Akku. Der Vorgang ist lediglich erweitert um die Eingabe eines Datums.

Dieser Ausgang hat die gleichen technischen Daten aufzuweisen wie der Ausgang 1. Beide Ladeausgänge können unabhängig voneinander betrieben werden. Die Umschaltung zwischen den beiden Ladeausgängen erfolgt mit der „CH“- Taste. Nach einer Betätigung der Taste, wechselt die Displayanzeige. Das Display stellt sich wie folgt dar.

Erläuterung des CC-CV Ladeverfahrens Das CC-CV Ladeverfahren gliedert sich in 3 Phasen und wird für folgende Akkutypen angewendet: LiFe, LiIo, LiPo und Pb CC-Phase Konstantstrom Trickle-Phase CV-Phase Konstantspannung 1. In der CC- (Constant Current) Phase wird der Ladestrom bis zum Erreichen der Ladeschlussspannung konstant gehalten. 2. Danach folgt die CV- (Constant Voltage) Phase in der die Spannung konstant gehalten wird.

Entladevorganges zu gewährleisten, ist das Power Peak® Twin EQ-BID Ladegerät mit Sicherheitsvorrichtungen ausgestattet. Sobald ein Fehler auftritt, erscheint eine entsprechende Meldung im Display und der PiezzoSummer gibt einen schrillen Warnton ab. Die folgenden Fehlermeldungen können mit der ‘ESC’-Taste nach Beseitigung der Ursache quittiert werden.

To select the desired language, before connecting the power supply, press and hold down the "ENTER" button. The screen display shown allows selection of the desired language. Using the "INC" and "DEC" buttons, the cursor can be moved and the desired language chosen. Pressing "ENTER" will activate and store the new language setting.

The second line "BUTTON SOUND" can be pre-set, whether every press of a button sounds or not. There are two possibilities, the sound can be turned on- or off.

To do this, use the "DEC" or "INC" buttons to select "CHARGE" or "DISCHARGE". Then press "ENTER" for 2 seconds. The screen changes. It is now mode selection screen. The upper section will show all the important battery data. The l o w e r section of the top screen allows the required process to be selected.
Operating Instructions Power Peak® Twin EQ-BID The following table explains the individual user selection options: Select Order of the process AUTOMATIC In automatic mode, the charger will automatically set the optimum charge-/discharge current. It only requires the cut-off temperature to be set when using the temperature sensor. NORMAL The charger works with user set charge as well as discharge parameters in this mode. The voltage state of the battery will be checked every minute.
Operating Instructions Power Peak® Twin EQ-BID 6.1 Start charge-discharge process Before starting the programmed procedure, the battery must be connected with the correct polarity to output 1 or 2. Use the appropriate charge lead, for example, from the comprehensive robbe range. Pressing the "ENTER" button for at least 2 seconds starts the charger operation. A warning signal sounds and the charger checks that a battery is connected and shows this in the display screen.
Operating Instructions Power Peak® Twin EQ-BID During the running of a cycle operation, the screen display looks similar to this also. "CYCLE" is shown when checking the battery. The illustration shows the upper part of the screen during a cycle process when charging a battery. In addition to all the current process parameters, the relevant current phase, the cycle sequence and the cycle number will be displayed beside the mode.
Operating Instructions Power Peak® Twin EQ-BID 8.Display after a charge process The end of a charge- discharge procedure is shown with the message "END: XXXX". In addition, one of the pre-set melodies will sound. All the important data of the completed process will be displayed in a graphic and text form. Pressing the "ESC" button for at least 2 seconds, the warnings will be reset and the main menu shown again. 8.1 Text displays The display shows the current settings.

Programming a BID chip As soon as a BID chip/key is connected to the charger via adaptor lead, from the start display or from any other menu on the set-up level, the charger switches to the BID mode for display of or for programming a BID chip/key. When the transducer is active, a short acoustic beep will be heard. The same applies if the charger is switched on with a chip/ key connected. The adjoining illustration shows this condition.
Operating Instructions Power Peak® Twin EQ-BID The programming of the highlighted values is initiated by pressing ENTER. The adjustable parameters are marked with the cursor and can be adjusted with the "DEC" or "INC" buttons. The programming procedure of a BID-Chip Key is the same as for a battery memory position (see chapter 5.5). The procedure is simply to enter a date. Therefore, it is recommended that you select a date when the battery is first put into operation.

In the CC (Constant Current) Phase, the charge current is kept constant until charge volatge is reached. 2. Thereafter, the CV (Constant Voltage) phase starts whereby the voltage is held constant.
Operating Instructions Power Peak® Twin EQ-BID 14. Error Messages Power Peak®® Quad EQ-BID is equipped with special safety features to ensure safe and reliable charging and discharging operation. As soon as a fault occurs, a corresponding message appears in the display and the piezo buzzer emits a shrill warning tone. After eliminating the cause of the problem, the following error messages can be acknowledged/ erased by pressing the "ESC" button.

Un bref signal sonore d'avertissement retentit si cette fonction est activée. Ceci est également valable lorsque le chargeur est branché avec un Chip/Key déjà connecté. Para ello, utilice cables de carga adecuados, de la amplia gama de robbe por ejemplo. El inicio real de un proceso comienza pulsando la tecla "ENTER“ durante min. 2 seg. Suena un tono de advertencia mientras el cargador verifica la batería conectada, indicándolo también en el display.

Výstup, na kterém se v okamžiku neprovádí změny, je podložen tmavě (výstup 2, viz vedle znázorněné ukázky displeje. Výstup 2 neaktivní ! 5.1 Připojení Důležité!!! Pro volbu požadovaného jazyka se musí před připojením vstupního napětí stisknout a podržet tlačítko „ENTER“. Potom se objeví vedle vedle ukázaný displej pro volbu jazyka menu. Stisknutím tlačítka „DEC“ anebo „INC“ lze přesouvat kurzor a označit požadovaný jazyk. Stisknutím tlačítka „ENTER“ se aktivuje a uloží do pamětí nové nastavení jazyka.

K tomuto účelu zvolit „NABÍJENÍ“, „VÝBÍJENÍ“ tlačítky „DEC“ anebo „INC“. Potom stisknout tlačítko "ENTER“ na nej,éně 2 vteřiny. Změní se indikace displeje. Ukáže se menu pro volbu módu. V horním řádku se střídavě ukazují nejdůležitější data aku. Ve spodní části horního displeje lze požadovaný pochod nastavit.

Použíjte k tomuto účelu vhodné nabíjecí kabely na př. ze širokého sortimentu robbe. Vlastní start procesu se spustí stisknutím tlačítka "ENTER“ na dobu nejméně 2 sekund. Zazní upozorňovací signál, přitom zkontroluje nabíječ připojený aku a ukáže toto i v displeji. Vedle uvedený obrázek ukazuje tento pochod.

Vedlejší obrázek ukazuje horní díl zobrazení displeje během jednoho cyklu při nabíjení aku. Vedle veškerých aktuálních parametrů procesu se vedle módu ukazuje právě aktuální fáze, pořadí cyklu ačíslo cyklu. Během jedné nabíjecí fáze a při opačném pořadí průběhu se ukazují odpovídající indikace. 7.

Programování BID-chipu/klíče Jakmile se ze startovního displeje anebo z některého z jiných menu nastavovací úrovně připojí k nabíječi prostřednictvím adapčního kabelu BID-chip/klíč, přejde nabíječ k displeji módu BID anebo k programování BID-chip/klíče. Když je vysílač signálu aktivován, zazní krátký upozorňovací tón. Toto platí i když se uvede nabíječ s připojeným čip/klíčem do provozu. Vedlejší obrázek znázorňuje tento stav.

Změnitelný parametr je podložen kurzorem a lze jej nastaveit tlačítky "DEC“ anebo „INC“.
