(J) and tightly wrap connection with electrical tape. Gently push wire connections back into the outlet box.
10. Lift canopy (C) over mounting plate (A). Screws in mounting plate (A) will protrude through holes in canopy (C). Use threaded
spheres (F) to attach the canopy to the mounting plate.
11. Install (2) 40W MAX. Type A, medium base bulbs into the sockets (E).
12. Before attaching the shade to the xture, note the stickers located at every notch (I) on shade. Notice the stickers at cutouts (D)
and on clips (H). Shade notches must be aligned with corresponding sticker at cutouts. Stickers on clips must correspond to the
shade and cutout stickers. For example, the cutout sticker labeled with a number 1 will line up with the notch that is labeled
with a number 1 sticker. The clip labeled with a number 1 sticker will then be used to fasten the two together. Note: misaligning
the stickers or using a clip that does not match may result in an incorrect t which could cause the shade to fall.
13. Lift shade (G) up to canopy (C), aligning notches (I) with cutouts (D). Secure shade (G) to canopy (C) by attaching the bottom of
clip (H) under the lip of shade (G) at notch (I). Push clip (H) into place over the rim of the canopy (C) and into cutout (D). Repeat
this step for remaining clips.
14. Reconnect main electrical supply at the fuse box/ circuit breaker and test the xture.
** To clean, use soft cloth only. Do not use any chemical or abrasive cleaners. **

beginning the installation of your xture.
* WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND INSTALLATION
BY A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN.
* Turn o power at switch before replacing bulbs, making
sure xture has had sucient time to cool down.
* This xture is UL rated for dry locations.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
1. SHUT OFF THE MAIN ELECTRICAL SUPPLY
FROM THE MAIN FUSE BOX/ CIRCUIT
BREAKER.
2. Remove all parts from carton and discard packing
materials.
3. Place parts on a level surface. Remove canopy (C)
from shade (G) by carefully removing clips (H) and
releasing shade (G) from canopy (C).
4. Remove mounting plate (A) from canopy (C) by
removing threaded spheres (F). Set threaded spheres
(F) aside.
5. Ax mounting plate (A) to ceiling outlet box using
mounting screws (B).
6. Lift canopy (C) to the ceiling and make the proper
electrical connections noted in steps 7 - 9. A licensed
electrician is recommended.
7. Attach ground wire from xture (green or copper in
color) to ground wire from outlet box. Fasten wires
together with wire nut (J) and tightly wrap connection
with electrical tape.
8. Attach hot wire from xture (black in color or smooth
side of wire) to hot wire from outlet box. Fasten wires
together with wire nut (J) and tightly wrap connection
with electrical tape. Fasten wires together with wire nut
