ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR
NINA FLUSH MOUNT
NOTE: Do not connect the electricity until lamp is fully assembled.
1. SHUT OFF THE MAIN ELECTRICAL SUPPLY FROM THE MAIN
FUSE BOX / CIRCUIT BREAKER.
2. Remove all parts from the carton and place on a soft surface.
3. Remove mounting plate (A) from backplate (D) by removing backplate
screws (E) provided.
4. Afx mounting plate (A) to “J BOX” with mounting plate screws (C).
5. Lift xture to mounting plate and make proper electrical connection.
6. Connect the copper wire from xture to ground (green) wire. Connect
white or rough side of wire from xture to white wire from outlet box using
wire nuts (B). Connect black or smooth side of wire from xture to black
wire from outlet box using wire nuts (B).
7. Align holes in backplate (D) with holes in mounting plate (A). Slide
backplate (D) over mounting plate (A). Thread backplate screws (E) into
backplate (D) and mounting plate (A) to secure xture to mounting plate
(A).
8. Install one (1) Type A 100W Max bulb in socket.
Care Instructions: To clean, use a soft cloth only. DO NOT use any
chemical or abrasive cleaniers.

*DIRECT WIRE FIXTURES: WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND
INSTALLATION BY A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN.
WARNINGS:
Turn off power (unplug from the wall outlet) before replacing the bulb(s),
making sure the bulb(s) had sufcient time to cool down. DO NOT subject
the bulb to any shock while lit as shattering of bulb may result.
