(I) and tightly wrap connection with electrical tape. Gently push wire connections back into the outlet box.
9. Attach neutral wire from xture (white in color or ribbed side of wire) to neutral wire from outlet box. Fasten wires together with
wire nut (I). Wrap connection with electrical tape.
10. Lift canopy (D) over mounting plate (A). Screws (B) in mounting plate (A) will protrude through holes in canopy (D). Use
threaded spheres (F) to attach the canopy to the mounting plate.
11. Install three 40W MAX. Type A, medium base bulbs into the sockets (E).
12. Lift shade (H) up to canopy (D). Use screws (G) to attach the shade to the canopy.
13. Reconnect main electrical supply at the fuse box/ circuit breaker and test the xture.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
1. SHUT OFF THE MAIN ELECTRICAL SUPPLY
FROM THE MAIN FUSE BOX/ CIRCUIT
BREAKER.
2. Remove all parts from carton and discard packing
materials.
3. Place parts on a level surface. Remove canopy (D)
from shade (H) by carefully removing screws (G). Set
screws (G) aside.
4. Remove mounting plate (A) from canopy (D) by
removing threaded spheres (F). Set threaded spheres
(F) aside.
5. Ax mounting plate (A) to ceiling outlet box using
mounting screws (C).
6. Lift canopy (D) to the ceiling and make the proper
electrical connections noted in steps 7 - 9. A licensed
electrician is recommended.
7. Attach ground wire from xture (green or copper in
color) to ground wire from outlet box. Fasten wires
together with wire nut (I) and tightly wrap connection
with electrical tape.
8. Attach hot wire from xture (black in color or smooth
side of wire) to hot wire from outlet box. Fasten wires
together with wire nut (I) and tightly wrap connection
with electrical tape. Fasten wires together with wire nut
