APOLLO FLOOR LAMP

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:

*These instructions are provided for your safety. It is important

that they are read completely before beginning installation.

* This lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other)

as a feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will

ﬁ t in a polarized outlet only one way. If it does not ﬁ t fully in the

outlet, contact a qualiﬁ ed electrician.

* Do NOT alter the plug.

* Switch power off and remove plug from the wall outlet before

replacing the bulb.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Unpack all parts and place them on a level surface.

2. Thread column (B) onto base (A). Turn until hand tight.

3. Thread column (C) onto column (B). Turn until hand tight.

4. Lift shade to column and align hole in shade bracket (D) with

hole in the top of column (C).

5. Slide screw (F) through washer (E) and shade bracket (D). Use

wrench (G) to secure screw (F) into column (C).

6. Remove shade lens (H) by removing screws (I).

7. Insert one 150W Max. Type A, medium base bulb into the

socket.

8. Place lens (H) back onto the shade and use screws (I) to secure it

into place.

9. Insert plug (J) into wall outlet.

10. Use switch (K) to control power to the lamp.

** To clean, wipe with a soft cloth only. Do not use chemical or

abrasive cleaners as they can damage the ﬁ nish of the lamp. **
