DURING A CALL
During a call
During a call you can:
adjust the volume by pressing 15
or 16, or by turning 1;
enter a number on the keyboard
(so that you can control a voice
server such as your voicemail box).
To do this, select the heading
“Keyboard” in the call management
zone;
Hang up
Hold
Handset
Call in progress
Private number
Operator
put a call on hold: the person you
are speaking to will then hear a voice
message asking them to wait.
To do this, select the heading
“Pause” (once the heading “Pause”
is selected, it is replaced by “Pick
up”). When a call is placed on hold
your phone is considered to be re-
ceiving a call;
picking up a call on hold: you may
continue the communication at any
moment.
To do this, select the heading “Pick
up” in the call management zone;
hang up by pressing 18 or select-
ing the heading “Hang up” in the call
management zone;
switch the call to the phone by se-
lecting the heading “Handset” in the
call management zone.
Note: some phones disconnect from the
system during the switch to “Handset”
mode.
