3. DESCRIPTION
Roberts 7000 QUICKBOND Spray Adhesive for Resilient Flooring is a premium,
high solids adhesive designed to be a quick, easy, one-step installation
process for luxury vinyl tile, luxury vinyl plank, vinyl composition tile, vinyl-
backed carpet tile, and fiberglass-backed tile in residential and commercial
applications. This ‘stand and spray’ installation method uses less adhesive
than typical trowel applications and allows for immediate foot traffic. Roberts
7000 can also be used in a double bond installation to install cushioned
underlayments for resilient flooring applications.

Uses
For the interior installation of luxury vinyl tile, luxury vinyl plank, VCT, vinyl
sheet goods, fiberglass-backed vinyl tiles and vinyl-backed carpet tile.

Substrates
Porous and non-porous surfaces, on- or above-
grade concrete, APA rated plywood, one layer
of well bonded, existing VCT (free of wax/
finish), properly prepared gypsum, fiber cement
underlayment, primed gypcrete (refer to ASTM
F2419), terrazzo, metal, fiberglass and radiant
heated subfloors.
Limitations
• Avoid extremely heavy applications. If over
spray occurs, remove with a damp cloth while
adhesive is still wet.
• Do not use on substrates that have been
chemically cleaned.
• Contents under pressure. Do not puncture, incinerate or
discard in compactor.
• Ensure adequate ventilation during flooring installation.

prior to installation for additional information.
