gun. 11 oz. – Cut tip, load Roberts Snozzle and place into 11 oz.
cartridge gun. Squeeze gun gently, with even pressure, to apply.
Press the wall base firmly in place while the adhesive is still wet
(typically within 10 minutes). Note: The amount of time in which you
have to place the wall base will vary with temperature and humidity.

system that inhibits the growth of mold, mildew and odor causing
bacteria in both wet and dry adhesive.
Uses: For adhering vinyl, rubber and carpet wall base.
Installation Surfaces: Porous wall surfaces such as gypsum drywall,
plaster, brick, concrete block and wood. Roberts 7200 is not
recommended over non-porous or painted surfaces.
Surface Preparation: Surface must be structurally sound, dry, smooth,
flat and free of excess moisture/alkali and all substances (oil, grease,
paint, wall paper, sealers, dust, etc.) that might interfere with the
performance of the wall base or its installation. Do
not install over non-porous surfaces.
All cracks, holes, high spots and irregularities must
be adequately repaired to ensure a smooth, finished
appearance. Patching compounds must be suitable
for the use application, polymer-fortified and applied
according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
General: Concrete and plaster must be properly
seasoned and dry prior to installation. Ensure wall
surface, wall base and adhesive are fully acclimated
prior to installation at the same temperature and
humidity level expected during normal use (between
65–95°F with a relative humidity (RH) of no greater
than 65%). Refer to wall base manufacturer’s specific
recommendations and industry standards.
Materials and area temperature must be between
65–95°F with a maximum RH of 65% for 48 hours
before and during installation as well as for 72 hours

The trowel notches referenced are those typically recommended for wall base. They are
normally the minimum size recommended. Consult wall base manufacturer for their specific
trowel recommendations. Surface conditions (roughness and porosity of wall surface) and
type of wall base will ultimately determine the required trowel notch size and coverage. Ensure
100% transfer of adhesive to the wall base and the wall surface.
