7399 UNIVERSAL PLUS offers tremendous bond strength and
unparalleled moisture and plasticizer migration resistance for a wide variety of
ooring. 7399 can be used as a wet set or as a true pressure sensitive adhesive
(dry to touch) when installing over non-porous substrates with an extended
open time up to 12 hours, depending on the ooring type being installed. Ready
for immediate light trafc and heavy trafc (including rolling loads) after just
48 hours.

Uses
LVT/LVP, VCT/VET, solid vinyl sheet goods, homogeneous and heterogeneous
sheet ooring, berglass-backed sheet ooring, compressed quartz tile,
bio-based composition tile, cork-backed hard surface, cork underlayment,
ROBERTS Sound Barricade, vinyl-backed broadloom carpet, carpet tiles (hard
& soft), recycled rubber and underlayment, and carpet cushions to substrate.

New or existing concrete and radiant heated oors not exceeding 85° F (30°
C). Single layer vinyl tile over tile (well bonded; excludes self-stick), APA
grade plywood and OSB underlayment. Properly prepared VCT (single layer).
Properly prepared sheet vinyl (single layer, fully adhered). Properly prepared
