4) Place syringe tip in the drilled hole and inject adhesive until back
pressure is felt, or for multiple hole areas inject until adhesive comes
out another hole. Ensure that all areas are completely filled by using
syringe to check for back pressure at each hole. (Do not weigh down
floor; allow adhesive to level itself naturally).
5)
Plug each hole with one of the dowels provided, to keep the
adhesive secured under the floor. (Note: The dowels will be slightly
larger than the holes and it will be necessary to taper them with a knife
or sand paper.) When in place, cut each dowel even with the flooring,
then use the dowel punch to lower it just below the surface. Once all
dowels are placed, the adhesive repair is complete and the floor may
be walked on immediately.
Clean Up: Clean up excess adhesive with a clean white cloth
dampened with soap and water. Dry adhesive can be cleaned with
mineral spirits or safety solvent. Wash out syringe and applicator tip
prior to storage.
Refer to material safety data sheet, www.robertsconsolidated.com
and industry standards prior to installation for additional information.

them. It is best to repair all areas at once to prevent adhesive from
drying in the syringe.
2)
In the areas outlined with blue tape, drill hole(s) with the 3/32 in. drill
bit provided. For areas 2 ft. or larger, drill a hole on each side of the
loose/hollow spot. The larger the area, the more drill holes required.

Stir adhesive. Attach one of the metal tips onto the syringe. To fill
syringe, separate plastic plunger from tube and pour adhesive into the
