This feature should be set only by a certified HVAC technician. Changing these settings could result in higher energy costs and may even damage your equipment. There is a security lock on this feature to prevent tampering.

While we can’t do anything about the high cost of energy, we can try to use less energy and thereby lower our heating and cooling costs. Generally, the best way to do this is to use the EPA ENERGYSTAR® recommended setpoints for heating and cooling.
