14) STARTER MOTOR
Install starter motor.
15) CYLINDER BAFFLE
Attach cylinder baffle #1, #2, #3 and #4.
16) INTAKE MANIFOLD
Set gasket (stainless steel) onto both #1 and #2
cylinder head and install intake manifold.
17) FLYWHEEL
(1) Put woodruff key in the keyway of crankshaft.
(2) Wipe off oil and grease thoroughly from
tapered portion of crankshaft and flywheel
center hole.
(3) Install flywheel to crankshaft and tighten
flywheel nut with spring washer and washer.
18) IGNITION COIL
Temporally fit ignition coil to crankcase.
Adjust air gap between ignition coil and flywheel
using a thickness gauge and tighten bolts.
Connect wiring from stop diode to the primary
terminal of ignition coil.
