7. GOVERNOR ADJUSTMENT
Fully open the carburetor butterfly valve, fasten the
governor lever, turn the governor shaft fully counter-
clockwise, and fasten the governor lever on the
gov-
ernor shaft with the nut. (See Figs. 22 and,23.)
