Working with the optional ring guard fence (g. 22)
Attention: The use of a ring guard fence, for tools with a max. diameter of 150 mm, is optional.

Assembly
The ring guard fence is xed in the 2 holes in the spindle table. Make sure the positioning pin is xed
tightly in the borehole of the table.
Adjustments
– Adjust the guiding templates (2) in height in relation to the position of the tool and thickness of the
work piece. Fix with the Allen key.
– Adjust the wood pusher (4) protection in height in relation to the thickness of the wood (a slight
pressure of the pusher on the wood is needed) Fix with Allen key.
– Horizontally: for maximum protection and in relation to the tool diameter; x with the two screws.
– After checking the protraction diameter of the tool, adjust the chip removal precisely by means
of the handle (5) at the back of the fence support. Turning the handle anticlockwise for bigger
reduction and lock with the handle on the support.
Function:
Normally the work piece is machined with the tool underneath the guiding template. Before starting,
check that the work piece travel will not be blocked by any handle. The wood is guided along the
