The setup of the entering to the narrow pass
leads to the Base Station should include
triangles to reduce the chance that
Robomow will enter towards the station while
mowing the inner area (scanning); to perform
the triangle setup refer to Figure 1.9.
The distance between the wires lead to the Base Station and back to the lawn is 26cm (10 in).
The Base Station should be placed on the right wire of the narrow pass (when standing inside the
lawn).
Important: as the two wires are very close and affect the wire sensors readings, the Base Station
should not be aligned with the central lines marked on the Base Station; it should be placed with a
shift of 10-20cm (4-8 inches) to the right.
It is reccomneded to placed the Base Station at least 25cm (10 inches) before the end of the
external pass to allow the mower smooth entrance to the Base Station.
