Warranty Policy

All parts come with the manufacturer’s warranty. That warranty states that if a part has a

manufacture defect, it will either be replaced or monies refunded by the factory. This is at the

factory’s discretion. No freight charges are refunded by the factory. Robotcoupe.net is not

responsible for refunding freight charges or for determining if an item qualifies for warranty

refund.

Factory warranties can take up to 60 days.

This allows time for the factory to test the part. The factory will not replace a part while the

warranty part is being tested. The factory will not allow us to determine if a part is a

manufacturer defect. If you need another part before the test is completed, you must purchase the

part again. If the warranty part is returned and was determined not to be a factory defect, the part

will be mailed back to you plus freight charges.

Manufacturers’ warranties may not apply in all cases, depending on factors such as use of

the product, where the product was purchased, or who you purchased the product from.
