Description:
This command configures the input value in 100×Nm for the torque where the controller
in torque mode.
Syntax Serial: !TC cc nn
Syntax Scripting: SetCommand(_TC, cc, nn)

Argument 1: Channel Type: Unsigned 8-bit
Min: 1 Max: Total number of motors
Argument 2: Value Type: Signed 16-bit
