Read the configured following error window for the position mode in counts. If the value
is FFFF FFFFh, the following control is disabled.
Syntax Serial: ?FEW [cc]
Reply: FEW=nn

Argument: Channel Type: Unsigned 8-bit
Min: 1 Max: Total number of motors
Result: Value Type Unsigned 32-bit
