3.4 DUCTING SYSTEM PRESSURE DROP FOR DISTRIBUTION/INTAKE
AMBIENT AIR
F2 C gas fired unit heater is equipped with a diam 224mm pulley and n. 1 diam. 200 mm
pulley (not mounted).
During the installation verify that the sum of the pressure drop of the ducting system for
the distribution of the warm air and the pressure drop of the internal/external air intake
duct system is between the values indicated in the chart of the Table 7.
On the contrary it is necessary to replace the standard pulley mounted on the fan with the
pulley furnished, following the instructions here below.
1 - Cut the gas and the electrical supply.
2 - Take off the belt cover of the fan.
3 - Unbolt the screw A (see Figure 20) to release the tension of the belt, then remove it.
4 - Remove the two grains M6 (see ref. B of Figure 20).
5 - Screw completely one of the two grains previously removed in the hole C.
6 - Remove the chronic spider D.
7 - Replace the pulley and the belt with the ones furnished.
8 - Be careful in positioning the plan of the replaced pulley with the one of the pulley
adjusted on the drive shaft.
9 - Screw the two grains M6 in the holes B.
10 - Unbolt the screw A to tension the belt.
11 - Remount the belt cover of the fan.
