5.3 MAINTENANCE
An accurate maintenance is always source of saving and safety.
Maintenance for heating units must be done, preferably at the beginning of winter, by
qualified service engineers.
To ensure a correct and continuous operation it is recommended to carry out, at least
once a year, a general cleaning of the appliance (by paying particular attention to clean
heat exchangers and fan grids) e the combustion tests in conformity with specific
regulations on the matter.
5.4 FAULT LOCATION
Any faults which may occur during the normal working of the heater can be identified by
the appropriate warning light (C) located on the key (B) of the remote control box (see
Figure 2 of page 13). The Table below provides the descriptions of the faults identified by
the remote control box and the corresponding signalling modes.
