A Touchscreen
Shows test results, information, icons,
and results recalled from memory. To
select an option, simply touch the
button lightly.
B On/Off button
Press this button to power the meter on
or off.
C Test strip guide cover
Remove this cover to clean the test strip
guide (if it has become soiled, e.g., with
blood).
D Test strip guide
Insert the test strip here.
E Barcode scanner
The integrated barcode scanner can
scan operator, patient, and QC sample
IDs into the meter.
F Battery compartment cover
Remove to insert the battery pack.
G Charging terminals
Used for power supply and/or charging
the battery pack when the meter is
docked in the (optional) Handheld Base
Unit.
H Code chip slot (shown with code chip)
Insert the code chip here.
I Connection socket for power
adapter
