FORD RAPTOR WINCH PLATE INSTALLATION FB-WP-RS 1. 2. 3. 4. Remove factory bolts from bottom of frame rails. Insert winch plate. Align holes on winch plate with factory holes on the frame rail. Using the 7/16’’ washers provided reinsert the factory bolts and tighten. Install winch using the hardware provided from the winch manufacture.

PATRIOT FRONT BUMPER INSTALLATION R-SE Patriot Bolt Placement Use a 1/2’’ wench/socket to secure 2 5/16’’ bolts, 4 5/16’’ washers, 2 5/16’’ nuts Use a 9/16’’ wrench/socket to secure 4 3/8’’bolts, 8 3/8’’ washers, 4 large washers, 4 3/8’’ nuts 1. Remove factory bumper. a. Use a 15mm socket wrench to remove 6 bolts attaching the stock skid plate b. Use a 21mm socket wrench to remove the 4 nuts holding the bumper to the frame c.
