Under

Extended Warranty Program
The
amplifier
must be returned by the customer (you)
or
an authorized Rockford Fosgate
retailer
with a copy
of
the
original
receipt and the
ORIGINAL Performance Verification Certificate with the
serial
number
or
UPC code from the amp
installation
