No Sound If connected to a TV
• Volume on the TV is muted or too low.
• Correct source (usually AV1, AV2 etc.) was not selected on the TV’s menu.
Lyrics do not appear on the TV screen
• If connected to a TV The VIDEO cable is not connected properly.
• If connected to a TV - Select the correct source on the TV (usually AV1, AV2 etc.).
• The track being played is not a track recorded with lyrics (CD+G disc). These are the only
discs that allow you to view the lyrics on the TV screen.
• Nothing appears on the TV screen when playing a standard CD or using Bluetooth®. This is
normal behaviour.
No sound from the microphone
• Make sure the microphone is firmly connected to the MIC 1 or MIC 2 socket.
• Make sure the ON/OFF switch on the microphone is set to the ON position.
• Make sure the MIC1 or 2 Volume Knob setting is not set too low.
• The Master Volume Knob could be set to minimum; raise the volume.
Bluetooth® device pairing problems
(Mobile phone or Tablet etc.) cannot be paired or connected with the karaoke machine
• You may not have not activated the Bluetooth function of your mobile device; refer to
the Bluetooth® device user guide.
• The karaoke machine is not in pairing mode; press the PAIR button to restart pairing.
