Hints and Tips Distortion always sounds best when put at the beginning of your signal chain. Thus, when using other stomp boxes, put your Metal Planet first then followed by your other stomp boxes. However, if using a wah wah, the typical setup is to put the wah wah before the distortion. If using a noise reduction pedal such as the HUSH pedal you should put it at the end of your stomp box signal chain.
