Rockustics warrants to the original purchaser,
th1s
product is to
be
free from
defective material and workmanship when used
in
accordance with its printed
instructions for ten years
in
normal use
in
the _original installation on cabinet and
on components from date of purchase. Rockustics agrees
to
remedy any such
defect free
of
charge for parts and labor, provided the enclosure is delivered
intact by the owner
or
his representative to
our
factory, with proof
of
purchase
for
our
examination.
This warranty does not extend to any of our products which have been subject
to
misuse, neglect, accident, incorrect wiring, abus,
e,
or
use in violation
of
operating instructions furnished by Rockustics, nor does it extend
to
any
enclosures altered
or
repaired by anyone other than Rockustics.
This warranty
is
limited
to
Rockustics product(s) registered herein and specifically
excludes consequential damage to equipment which may result for any reason
from use with this product.
The warranty set forth above is
in
lieu
of
all
other warranties, expressed
or
implied,
of
merchantability,
or
fitness for purpose
or
otherwise.
In
no
event shall
Rockustics
be
liable for incidental
or
consequential damages
or
have any liability
with respect to defects other than obligations set forth above.
The purchaser must complete the enclosed warranty card and mail
it
to
Rockustics within 45 days after purchase
in
order to register the warranty.
