Message Operation
You can define the reference time stamp to monitor the time of a
specific event. This function allows this time to be read from the
device. The time stamp is returned in the order shown in the header
message. This information should be viewed as ASCII text.
The Time is based on a 24-hour clock.
This field:
Indicates:
Seconds The seconds and tenths of milliseconds.
Date The date of the month in ASCII.
Day
The day of the week, where 1 is Sunday and 7 is
Saturday.
Year
The number of the year. 1990 is referenced as 0.
Therefore, the year 1995 would return a value of 5.
Month
The month of the year, where 1 is January and 12 is
December.
