Configure Your Controller for EtherNet/IP Communication Chapter 8
1. Click Tag Editor in the application explorer.
The application’s tag editor opens.
2. On the bottom of the tag editor, click the ENet-CIP tab.
3. Click Insert to add a new tag.
4. In the new tag cells, type the Tag Name, a Data Type, and Node Name
(which matches the node name you defined for the SmartGuard controller
in the Communications Setup).
In this example, we chose DINT as the data type.
There can be up to four target I/O assemblies configured in the SmartGuard
controller (two input and two output).
