9. Click Connect.
10. Click Cancel at the Unable to connect prompt, if applicable.
11. Click Station
⇒Exit.
12. Click Yes to exit Station.
Setting Up a Station With a Redundant Server Pair
Use the following procedure to set up the ProcessLogix Client node to
access data in networked ProcessLogix redundant Server nodes.
1. On the SERVERB node, click Start
⇒Programs⇒ProcessLogix
Server
⇒Start-Stop ProcessLogix Server to call up the
ProcessLogix Server dialog box. Check that the Server is running
and close the dialog box.
OR
2. Go to the SERVERA node and repeat Step 1 to check that the
ProcessLogix Server is also running on this node.
3. On the Client Station node, click Start
⇒Programs⇒ProcessLogix
Client Software
⇒Station.
4. Click Cancel at the Unable to connect prompt, if applicable.
5. Click Station
⇒Connect to call up the Station Connect dialog
box.
6. Click New Connection.
7. On the Connection tab, make these entries to have the Station
point to the SERVERB (PLX1B) node:
a. Key in the name or IP address of the SERVERB (PLX1B)
node specified in the Hosts file in the Server field.
