The Point Attribute report has been enhanced to support
1757-PLX52 points for determining points in alarm inhibit or
manual mode.

1757-PLX52 write performance has been improved from 10-12
parameters/second to 100-200 parameters/second for client
applications using the OPC Server, Network API or API.
