This command reads the link parameters defined for the KF3. Currently
there is only one link parameter: Maximum Token Holder Address. This
command returns the value for this parameter in the DATA byte.

This command sets the link parameters defined for the KF3 and saves them
in EEPROM. Currently there is only one link parameter: Maximum Token
Holder Address. This command sets the maximum token holder address
in the KF3. Note that this command will override the value set when the
module was configured.
