Enables/disables PID mode and
selects the source of the PID reference.
Valid PID Ref Select for the Bulletin
284E ArmorStart are the following:
0 = PID Disable
1 = PID Setpoint
4 = Comm Port
5 = Setpnt Trim
8 = Comm Trim
