Message Description
INCOMPATIBLETOOLACTIVATION MODES This message isdisplayed andthe control is heldin E-Stopat power up whenthe tool geometry
offset modeis ImmediateShift/Immediate Moveand thetool wearoffset modeis Immediate
Shift/Delay Move or whenthe toolgeometry offset mode isImmediate Shift/DelayMove and
the tool wear offset modeis ImmediateShift/Immediate Move. These modes areincompatible.
You must correct your AMP configuration andre-download AMP.
INCORRECT NUMBER OF SYMBOLS An error occurredin G05DH+ communications block.
INPUT DATA TOO LONG Thedata input hasa number of charactersexceeding theallowable numberof characters.
INPUT STRING SYNTAX ERROR An attempt wasmade tosearch for anillegal character string, orno character string was
entered.
INSUFFICIENT MEMORY FORPAL PROGRAM An attempt wasmade toload aPAL program that exceededthe PAL storage space limit allotted
by theflash memory.
INSUFFICIENT MEMORY FORPARTPROGRAM There isnot enough availablememory for thecurrent program to bestored. Any attempt to
store the program inmemory will beaborted by the control.
INTEGRANDS FORDUALS MUST BE THE SAME This is apower turn-onmessage. When usingdual axes, allintegrands of the dual group must
use the same letter.
INTEGRANDS FORNON-MASTER MUSTBE NONE An axisintegrand namewas configuredin AMP that correspondsto anaxis ina dualaxis group
that is not themaster axis of that group. Only the masteraxis ina dualaxis groupcan havea
corresponding axis integrand name.
INTEGRANDS NOTAMPED PROPERLY Theaxis integrandnames were not configured properly inAMP. Refer to your AMPmanual for
additional detailson axisintegrand names.
INTERF CHECKING ZONE TABLE CORRUPTED The zonetables used by interference checking have an invalidchecksum and werecleared.
INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONSERROR Communication failed. Contact Allen-Bradley customer support services.
INTERRUPT NOT RECOGNIZED An interrupt macrowas not acted on for somereason. An examplewould beif an interrupt
occurred in the middle of another interrupt.
INVAL LOOP BASE An attempt was made toconfigure portsTB2 and TB3 as postion/velocity loopor digital ordigital
spindle.
INVALID AMP-DEFINED GCODE An attempt wasmade toassign thesame G-codeto different macro calls. This message
appears afterAMP isdownloaded andthe controldoes secondarycalculations.
INVALID AMP LETTERFORMAT The programmed word or parameter has aninvalid letter format definedin AMP. Since ODS
AMP detectsand prohibitsinvalid formats, thiserror usually indicatesthat an invalidformat was
entered through patch AMP. Refer to your AMPreference manualfor details.
INVALID ARC-COSINE ARGUMENT An attempt wasmade tocalculate or executea paramacroblock that calculatesthe arccosine
of an invalid or improperlyentered number.
INVALID ARC-SINE ARGUMENT Anattempt was madeto calculateor execute aparamacro blockthat calculates thearc sineof
an invalid or improperlyentered number. Change cosineto sine.
INVALID ARGUMENT ASSIGNMENT Aninvalid argument assignment wasprogrammed.
INVALID AXIS The axis programmed inthe adaptivedepth (G26) or adaptive feedrate(G25) block isinvalid.
Valid axis namesfor programmingthese featuresare definedin AMP.
INVALID AXIS FORCSS The CSS axis(the axisthat is perpendicular tothe center-line of the rotating part) isnot a valid
axis onthe control. This usuallyoccurs whenthe CSSaxis ischanged from thedefault axis by
programming a P-word in theG96 blockthat selects some other axis.
INVALID AXIS PROGRAMMINGRESOLUTIONS Theaxis resolutions set inAMP bythe system installerare toofar apart. The controlis
incapable of handling large differences inaxis resolutions. For example, if the X axis hasa
resolution that allows .999999 andthe Zaxis allowsa resolutionof only .9, thecontrol canhave
difficultymoving both axes simultaneously.
INVALID CCT INDEX An error occurred inG05 DH+communications block.
INVALID CHANNEL NAME An error occurred inG05 DH+communications block.
INVALID CHARACTER A program namehas beenentered that containsan illegalspecial character.
