OBJECT NOT FOUNDIN PROGRAM The object you aresearching for inthe searchmonitor utility doesnot exist in thecurrent
module, or doesnot exist in theprogram in thedirection youare searching.
OCI ETHERNET CARD NOT INSTALLED AnOCI dual--process system hasa standardCRTinstalled. The OCI Ethernet cardhas not
been installed. This may happenif a dual--process OCI executiveis loadedinto anon--OCI
system.
OCI SYSTEM ERROR VRTXerror. Contact Allen BradleySupport.
OCI PROCESSING TASKOVERLAP The amount of time to process a newOCI request is takinglonger than expected. This is an
informational warningonly. It i s not criticalto theCNC.
OCI WATCH LISTTASK OVERLAP This messageindicates that thewatch list taskwas not runningto completionin theAMPed
allotted amount of time. This typically occurswhen alarge task is requestedby anOCI station
and the CNC takeslonger than expected tocomplete.
ODS &9/SERIES REVISIONS DIFFER The versionof AMP or PAL onthe peripheraldevice doesnot match thecontrol version.
ODS RUNGMONITORACTIVE The onlinePAL searchmonitor utility cannot be accessed. The online PAL searchmonitor
utility requiresthe offline ODS PAL searchmonitor utility tonot be running.
OFFSET EXCEEDS MAX CHANGE You haveattempted tomodify anoffset tableby an amount that is larger thanthe allowable
change to an offset table. Refer to your AMPreference manualfor details onMaximum wear
and geometry offset change.
OFFSET EXCEEDS MAX VALUE You haveattempted tomodify anoffset tableby enteringan offset amount that is larger thanthe
allowable maximum offset selectedin AMP. Refer to yourAMP referencemanual for detailson
Maximum offset table values.
OFFSET MOTION PENDING ONCYCLE START After changingthe activeoffset thismessage identifiesthat the controlwill movethe axisto the
new offset location thenext time cycle start is pressed(this mayor may not occuron a
non--motion blockdepending onthe AMPoffset configuration).
OFFSET TABLE(S)CORRUPT/CLEARED A bad offset table checksumvalue wasdetected bythe control during PTO.
ONLY ONE DEPTH PROBEPER SERVO BOARD The 9/Seriesservo cardfirmware onlysupports oneadaptive depthprobe oneach servocard.
If your system requiresmore thanone adaptivedepth probethey must beattached todifferent

Bradley salesrepresentative forassistance.
OTHER PROCESSG CODECONFLICT Ona dualprocessing system, oneprocess hasa conflictingG codeactive whenyou attempted
to activate a G26 depthprobe cycle. For example, process oneexecutes aG26 whileprocess
two has an axisin feedto hard stop which ison thesame servocard asthe depthprobe.
OVER SPEED A servo motor is turningat an RPM that isgreater than themaximum RPM allowedfor that
servo as defined inAMP bythe system installer. For digital spindles thiserror can result from
maximum RPM gear range1 beingset higher than your AMPed allowedMaximum Motor
Speed.
